Ultimate Fighting


While at Droga5, I worked with strategists to conduct global qualitative research to gain a richer understanding of avid and casual UFC fans. From the research, I created personas to better summarize who we were designing for and user journeys to illustrate the steps fans were taking while engaging with UFC.
